Will booking a session affect my credit score?

No. Your initial strategy session with Mirasol involves no credit check and has zero impact on your credit file. A hard enquiry only occurs when a formal application is lodged with a lender, and Mirasol only does that once she has identified the right lender for your exact situation. No shotgunned applications, no unnecessary marks on your file.

How much does this cost me?

Nothing. Mirasol is paid by the lender upon settlement, not by you. The strategy session, lender research, application preparation, and settlement coordination are all completely free to you from start to finish.

How long does the process take?

Most clients receive a clear borrowing assessment within their first strategy session. From there, pre-approval timelines vary by lender and complexity, but Mirasol manages the entire process and keeps you updated at every stage. The more organised your financials going in, the faster things move, and she'll tell you exactly what to prepare on the call.

Why not just go to my bank directly?

Your bank can only offer their own products and assess your application against their own serviceability model. Mirasol compares across 40+ lenders, including specialist institutions whose policies are designed specifically for investors, and finds the one whose model works best for your income type, portfolio structure, and long-term goals. That difference is often $150,000-$200,000+ in additional borrowing capacity.
